QUT, Chancellor Building – Brisbane CBD, QLD

The project incorporated the full demolition and refurbishment of one level of the Chancellery Building at QUT Gardens Point.

Particular difficulties with this project was the amount of ductwork to be installed and the forming of new risers. We produced a detailed 3D model of the ductwork to coordinate with other new and existing services.
