The tenancy fit-out spans four floors on the premium office building of 111 Eagle Street.

The fit-out is incorporating extensive demolition and relocation of existing services due to the new interconnecting staircase through the four floors. Particular challenges for the Mechanical services to co-ordinate new and existing ductwork within a tight ceiling space which was achieved by extensive 3D modelling of the services.
