Ascot Air delivered the mechanical services for the full refurbishment of Levels 5 and 6 of X Block at QUT’s Kelvin Grove campus.
Designed by Wilson Architects, the project turned both floors into modern office space built around collaboration and innovation. The works took in more than 180 workstations, meeting rooms, communal areas and a laboratory across the two levels.
The mechanical upgrade was delivered to suit the needs of a modern tertiary education environment, with the services refurbished across both floors to support the new layout.
