Ascot Air have completed a number of successful fit out projects in the 32 Level Premium grade Green Star office building.

Working across six individual projects and five principal contractors we have delivered 11 floors of high grade fitout. Particular difference to most other Brisbane high rise buildings was the inclusion of Active and Passive chilled beams incorporating many km of reverse return pipework, controls.
